It was a dream wedding of a lifetime. J. Gisele and Modern Luxury Weddings gave a very deserving couple the night of their lives aboard the Seafair Mega Yacht that docks outside the Intercontinental Hotel on the Miami Bay. Derek and Kelly renewed their vows but it was the first time they had actually walked down the isle.
With his very busy military career and her teaching career accompanied by two children, the couple never got a chance to have a real wedding. After 20 years the dream finally came true when they met Jessica, owner of J Gisele.
Vanessa, had to check out the food aboard this magnificent ship. They started with a champagne toast to the couple, of course, paired with some tasty appetizers which included pork empanadas, fresh ceviche, beef tostones and potato balls. Then they
made their way to the food deck to greet chef Anthony. The buffet style dinner included some pretty delectable treats from appetizer salads to a table full of different style breads.
The chef prepared mojo chicken with the momo sauce, a full pig roast, vegetable
wellington with yuca, rice and beans. The grooms favorite was the steak with chimichurri sauce. For dessert the crowd favs were the flan and the mango rice pudding. Being that both the groom and the bride were of latin decent the entire menu was created with a latin flair.
