If you haven’t visited the famous Meat Market in Miami yet, you are truly missing out.  It’s located in the heart of South Beach on world famous Lincoln Road.  Inside this gem you will find one of South Florida’s finest, Chef Sean Brasel, who is truly a meat master.  The “Spicy Diva” Christine Curran and “Savory Diva” Paige Bresky take you behind the scenes to experience the meat magic first hand.

The Divas started their foodie adventure at the bar with a “Hunny Bunny” cocktail and a “Dirty Martini”, both made with Double Cross Vodka.  Of course, they had to try the vodka straight first to see why it was considered a top notch brand. They

noticed immediately the clean and smooth taste.  It’s no surprise that this vodka has such a great reputation. The bottle was also very attractive and showed the high quality of production that goes into the product.

The Divas then joined Chef Sean Brasel in the kitchen to get a Meat Market official cooking lesson. The amount of time and attention each piece of meat gets at the Meat Market is truly what sets it apart from the rest. The Chef taught the Divas how to sous-vide the meat, which is a technique for controlling the environment the meat cooks in under water. His unique pairing of flavors and

sides with each meat was exquisite.  The jalapeño coleslaw, the coffee Demi glaze and the habanero chimichurri really set each dish off. Chef Sean is no stranger to the camera.  He has been featured on shows like Knife FightChopped and Top Chef to name a few.

After all that cooking the Divas were hungry. Recording Artist Bonn E Maiy joined the girls to indulge in the food and Double Cross vodka moscow mules. Bonn E Maiy talked about her new single release “Sex and Candy” and some of her upcoming performance dates. She’s

performed at some of the coolest events around South Florida from the Chili Cook-off to the Rib Round Up, she has definitely been making a statement.

Check out Meat Market next time your in Miami and don’t forget to try the Hunny Bunny cocktail with Double Cross Vodka. It’s Dining Divas approved.
