If spicy is your thing then Eathai is heaven on earth.  The Spicy Diva, Christine Curran and Savory Diva, Paige Bresky take you to taste this little piece of heaven tucked away in Delray Beach.  Chef So, who is also the owner, cooks the most authentic Thai food in South Florida. Its unlike any of the Thai cuisine we’ve seen so far.  From the presentation to the flavors, Chef So really shows out for the Thai community. Nestled in his cozy kitchen, So cooked up a smorgasbord of delights.  First he

prepared Papaya salad with a salty egg, then he showed the girls how to prepare his spicy oxtail soup which was divine. So then whipped up Thai branzino, crab cake fried rice, homemade pork sausage that will knock your socks off, oranges with caramelized coconut radish and peanut balls to clean your palate between dishes, short rib in green curry that makes you go OMG, lamb, chicken wings and more.  It was a lot of goodies for one meal.  The Divas were more then impressed with the

plethora of food. Fortunately they had Vinny Vinsane to join them for the feast.  Vinnie has had quite the reality tv career from Bachelorette to Bachelor in Paradise on ABC. He is also a well known DJ that’s always on the road in different cities performing. Want to know if Vinnie is still a Bachelor? Guess you will have to tune in Sundays at noon on the CW starting Jan 6th to find out.

The Divas didn’t stop eating there tho, off to The Tree Cafe they went for some delectable desserts.  The Cafe is located a few minutes down the street from Eathai but in Boca Raton on Federal Hwy.  Chef So is also a partner there.  This is a one of a kind dessert shop. One of the coolest desserts was the bonzi tree made of chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, strawberries and cotton candy. The Divas really enjoyed themselves there, it was a yummy treat.
